Sabina Chaudhry


Sabina Chaudhry, President-CEO of AID, is a determined entrepreneur with a
diverse background in the aviation industry. Early in her career, she gained valuable
experience by working at the South Carolina Department of Transportation and through
roles in real estate law and solid waste consulting. This experience led to her
establishing American Infrastructure Development, Inc. (AID), which initially got its start
as a general transportation consulting firm before pivoting to focus on aviation. For
more than 15 years, Sabina has led a team of aviation professionals with an average
tenure of 7 years, successfully completing 70+ projects for a clientele of more than 100.
Alongside her professional achievements, Sabina fulfilled her childhood dream of
becoming a pilot by earning her pilot's license. She is actively involved in professional
organizations and has a special interest in advancing opportunities for women in
aviation and engineering.

American Infrastructure Development Inc.

American Infrastructure Development, Inc. (AID) is a Florida Corporation, established in 2009, to provide airports with comprehensive engineering and planning services.  Our Mission is to provide Quality, Service, and Integrity on every project regardless of its size.  Adhering to this Mission has enabled successful projects, happy clients, and our continued growth.  Although AID has been successful in serving many aviation clients around the country, most of our work has been due to repeat business from our longstanding clients.  This is a testimony to the exceptional service we provide, and the trust clients have in our Team.

AID has provided airfield design, planning, and construction management services at over 65 airports.  We have had tremendous opportunities working on airport projects varying in size and ranging from $25,000 to $88,000,000 in construction costs.  Our experience includes large hub air carrier airports as well as many general aviation airports.

AID has five (5) office locations.  We have 3 Florida locations: Tampa (Corporate), Orlando, and Venice. We also have offices in St. Croix (USVI) and Washington, D.C.


Quality is realized through adhering to the implementation of a very thorough Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Process. The QA/QC Process is key to ensuring that projects are well designed and efficiently constructed. AID recognizes its importance, necessity, and value. Quality should never be compromised.  Every project designed by our Team is subject to this additional and very crucial step.
