St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) – Terminal Improvements, Phase 3

AID provided construction management and Resident Project Representative services. Phase 3 included the addition of approximately 10,000 square feet of passenger hold room and concession space at the Gate 7 – 10 area, renovations to the rest rooms at baggage claim, second floor east and west terminal, new chiller installation, and improvements to the Ticketing ‘A’ checkpoint.
